The Band
DoWslide are a 4-piece band from Sheffield (UK). Formed in 2006, the band have recorded and toured two EP's and are set to release their debut album in November 2009. Strongly influenced by many metal, drum 'n' bass, techno, trance, rock and r&b acts.
With hundreds of gigs under their belt and some high profile support slots including Skindred and Panic Cell, DoWnslide are a band who are not afraid to mix it up. Constantly embracing new styles and moods into their music while mostly keeping it all horrifically dark. Just the way they like it.

Lead Vocals
Using a finely-tuned, mixed style of melodic lines and mucky screams, Jimmy prances around the stage not saying much and trying to confuse people. Love him or hate him, he'll be your friend for the price of an Erdinger even though he's been around long enough to know better.
Seb Szewczyk
Guitairs & Vocals
Seb was part of the original lineup along with Sam and Seph. The sultry workhorse stacks his cabs high and loud! Unmistakeable, crunching riffs is what he does, simple as that.
Seph Phipps-Pearson
Bass & Vocals
DoWnslide is Seph's brainchild. He's a hard-working Bass player who knows what he likes when it comes to writing music. His dedication pushes the band on and is also a contributing factor to his poor mental health. Also a tricky little prawn on the guitar.

Samuel Gregory - The Beatzmaster - Illusive and somewhat of an enigma, he's a hot little skin basher who can create an instant atmosphere with the click of a button. He has far too much to do but we don't care ... the boy loves to party, hard.
